Clown Pleco

The Clown Pleco is a small, wood-loving catfish with a bold, patterned look and a calm temperament. It spends much of its time grazing on driftwood and surfaces, making it a great addition to peaceful aquariums. Soft banding and contrasting tones give it a distinctive appearance without being overly flashy.

Temperament: Peaceful and shy bottom-dweller. Best kept alone or with other calm, non-aggressive fish. Requires driftwood for grazing and hiding, which is essential for long-term health.

Diet: Omnivorous with a strong preference for plant matter. Feeds on biofilm and driftwood, supplemented with sinking algae wafers, blanched vegetables, and occasional protein foods such as bloodworms or brine shrimp.
