Electric Yellow
The Electric Yellow Cichlid is a vibrant, energetic African cichlid known for its striking bright yellow coloration. Active and curious, it adds a lively splash of color to community or species-specific tanks. While generally peaceful, males can be territorial, especially during breeding, so providing plenty of hiding spots and visual barriers helps keep interactions calm.

pH: 7.8–8.6 (alkaline)
Temperament: Generally peaceful but males can be territorial, especially during breeding. Best kept with a ratio of one male to several females or in a community tank with other similarly sized, non-aggressive African cichlids. Provide plenty of rocks, caves, and hiding spots to reduce aggression.
Diet: Omnivorous – accepts high-quality cichlid flakes or pellets, supplemented with frozen or live foods such as brine shrimp, daphnia, and bloodworms. A varied diet helps maintain health and enhances its bright yellow coloration.
