Live Fish Shipping Policy:
Fish4EverAquatics.com is based in Wood Village, OR and uses this location to determine shipping costs. We only ship live fish on Tuesdays to minimize the risk of delay and ensure that the fish arrive at their destination in a timely manner.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
We offer a live-on-arrival (LOA) guarantee for all our fish shipments. Please see our refund policy for more info.
Shipping Method:
We offer 5 shipping options in the continental us only. These include the 49 States (including Alaska, excluding Hawaii). Please select the best option for your schedule and plan for delivery accordingly:
- USPS Priority Mail (delivered within 1-4 business days depending on location)

USPS Priority Mail Express (delivered within 1 business day)
- UPS Next Day Air Saver® (expedited next-day shipping)
- UPS Next Day Air® (guaranteed overnight service for time-sensitive shipments)
- UPS Next Day Air® Early (guaranteed early morning delivery for time-critical shipments)
Once the shipment has left the Post, you will receive a tracking number with an ETA of the fish. We only ship Mondays to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery:
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the fish on the day of delivery. If no one is available, the package may be delayed or returned to the carrier's facility. We cannot be held responsible for any delay or damage caused by failed delivery attempts.
Axolotls:
Please note, we do not ship Axolotls to these states below (they are illegal in):
California, Maine, New Jersey, D.C. (District of Columbia), New Mexico, New Jersey, & Hawaii
Restricted States & Address Changes
Buyers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local and state laws regarding live animal ownership. We do not ship prohibited species to states where they are restricted or illegal.
Any package rerouted, forwarded, or address-changed by the customer to a restricted state after shipment is done solely at the customer’s risk and responsibility. We are not liable for carrier delays, confiscations, losses, or legal issues resulting from unauthorized address changes made after the order has been shipped.
By purchasing, the buyer confirms that the animal is legal to own at the original shipping destination provided at checkout.
Portal/ Live Plants Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Depending on your location, your package will be delivered with either USPS, UPS or DHL Express.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
International Orders
Fish4EverAquatics.com is based in the USA and does ship internationally (excludes live fish). Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. All international shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
