Banjo Catfish
Banjo Catfish (Bunocephalus coracoideus) are unusual freshwater catfish known for their flattened, leaf-like appearance and excellent camouflage. These peaceful bottom-dwellers spend much of their time buried in the substrate or resting motionless, making them a fascinating addition to community aquariums. They thrive in soft substrates, subdued lighting, and tanks with plenty of hiding places.
