- Blue Phantom Plecos (L128) are a beautiful freshwater pleco known for its dark body with a subtle blue sheen and bright light-colored spots. Native to South American rivers, it is a peaceful but somewhat territorial bottom-dweller that does best in a well-filtered aquarium with hiding places like caves and driftwood. Growing to about 6–8 inches, it feeds on algae, sinking pellets, vegetables, and occasional meaty foods, making it a great addition to medium to large community tanks.
